[traditions] lego advent

legoadvent

Last year I tried to get away from the commercial advent calendars and do my own. I found it wasn’t easy to get little stuff my kids would enjoy. They don’t eat candy and the coins seemed odd. I went back to lego and Ryan was happy to open his window today. I just took the photos with my iPhone and processed using Itty Bitty Actions Old Chrome and Urban Intensity.

Itty bitty toy – seems only appropriate to use itty bitty actions.

What a great idea for an advent calendar. Love the processing on these!

What a clever idea for boys! I’d like to see more of the calendar. I am more and more impressed with the iPhone…the photo quality is amazing.

What a great idea! I have advent stockings, with 12 little pockets , for each of my (old) kids, and they STILL want me to set them up each year. I’m usually at a loss for what to put in the pockets. . . . I think I’ll put in some lego people (they’d prefer cash, large denominations, but that gets expensive. . . and boring.)
