dry hands

I found my hands have been dry lately. Could be a number of reasons but I am putting it down to fall. My favorite hand creme is from l’Occitane but it’s expensive and I make a tube last for years! I found an old favorite from Neutrogena but it feels waxy and I don’t care for the smell. I used to like the lotions from William-Sonoma but since I got the one from l’Occitane, the lavender just isn’t the same. I wish I could find something that smells like the almond-cherry soap at Panera. I tried the Jergens but there is still the Jergens smell behind the almond-cherry. My nose and hands are snobs.

Great shot. I start getting dry hands when it gets colder here. I personally love lotions and creams from Bath and Body…:)

Hands and nose snob??!! That is too funny!!! I have the same problem with my hands – they get soooooo dry!!

  5. LOL! love the hand and nose snobs comment! I hadn’t considered it before but I guess I am too. My hands are always dry this time of year. I’m a huge fan of the bath and body (blue tube) creams. love the photo–it reminds me of a high end spa.

  6. I now know who to come to for scent and hand stuff.

Oh my gosh, I am addicted to putting hand lotion on, my hands get so dry too! I have the L’Occitane lotion too, but I ration it because it is so expense!!! :) Neutrogena now makes the Norwegian formula in a ‘dry’ version that is great for during the day, I found it at Target. Btw, great shot!

Great photo and great take on the fall theme! I hate smelly lotions (give me a headache) so I’m always on the lookout for something that works well, is nongreasy, and doesn’t smell. I think finding the perfect hand lotion is like finding the perfect camera bag–it’s an eternal quest!

Oh man, I am TOTALLY a “hand and nose snob” too! I have to constantly have lotion on my hands, year round. My feet too. I love L’Occitane but I can’t always afford it- darn it why does the good stuff have to be so expensive! LOL. I tried the hand lotion from Mary Kay and kind of liked it… I think I’ll buy some from my sis. :)
