What a crap week!
I got food poisoning on Monday night and couldn’t ride at all on Tuesday. I lost so many fitness streaks. I had to take it easy the rest of the week as my stomach was still iffy. I did manage to reach my weekly goal of 50 miles.

Took it after yesterday's stomach bug. I felt fine for the first 15 minutes and would have like to stop. But I had to ride the 15 minutes back so I just kept going. 
My brain thought I should be riding faster and I had to remind myself to take it easy.

I forgot or miscued Strava after a stop. I forgot to end the workout on my Apple Watch. All my numbers are skewed.
