20180204 cycling

No a bad week for riding.  I was able to ride every day even short rides when the weather got colder. I did switch to Strava because the Wahoo app kept losing connectivity and I was “losing” miles. I am using the trial version of Strava Premium  in order to see my cadence and heart rate and will have to pay. Wahoo gave me all that for free.

Very windy. It didn’t register in my mind the wind was coming from the NW. I rode up to Union Park and back.

Another cold morning. I ran errands in the morning. I decided to not do a workout but ride to Wiregrass for my hair appointment.

I switched to Strava. Connecting my sensors was easy enough. It will take a while to get used to the set up. Strava dims the display and I had to change it to never. (Of course I didn’t want to stop and had to take off my glove to do and get my glove back on.) Sunny and cold but wind was not an issue. Strava never lost the signal.  
Strava doesn’t show average speed.  (It does in another screen.)

I rode out to BBD and then east of SR56. I haven’t been on this road much since Wahoo updated and kept dropping the signal. I noticed no problems with Strava. 
I rode to Union Park. I kept my head up looking out for rogue trash bins. 
My left buttock hurt after 10 miles. 
Too many LMP vehicles in my way.
